1. Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery services across the Midlands and the rest of the United Kingdom. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your order.

2. Free Delivery Eligibility
Midlands Region: Orders with a total value of £400 or more qualify for free delivery.

Rest of the UK: Orders with a total value of £800 or more qualify for free delivery.

3. Delivery Charges
For orders below the minimum thresholds listed above, a flat delivery fee of £50 will apply.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated during checkout and included in your final invoice.

4. Delivery Schedule
Delivery times will vary based on location, product availability, and order size.

We aim to dispatch and deliver all qualifying orders within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

Specific delivery dates or time windows may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

5. Access & Delivery Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery locations are accessible and suitable for the delivery of goods.

Any special delivery requirements (e.g., limited access, timed delivery, or assistance unloading) should be communicated at the time of order placement.

6. Failed Deliveries
In the event that a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, no one being available to receive the order, or inaccessible delivery sites, a redelivery charge may apply.
